Terms and Conditions:

Eligibility: American Forces Travel (“AFT”) social media giveaways are not open to the general public. Participation is limited to individuals who, as of the date of entry, are (a) eighteen (18) years of age or older, and (b) eligible for Military Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (“MWR”) program benefits, as defined by Department of Defense Instruction 1015.10 and COMDTINST M1710.13D. Prior to receiving any prize, selected winners must provide documentation sufficient to verify their eligibility as qualified patrons.

Platform & Contest Details: Giveaways shall be conducted exclusively via AFT’s official social media accounts, including Facebook and Instagram. Each giveaway post shall include details specifying the contest period, methods of entry, eligible participation criteria, prize information, and applicable deadlines. Prize descriptions will include the quantity of prizes, their monetary value, and a description of each item.

Winner Selection & Notification: Upon the conclusion of each contest period, winners shall be selected and notified via the email address associated with their entry. Each selected entrant shall have forty-eight (48) hours from the time of notification to affirm acceptance of the prize by replying “ACCEPT” to the original email/ social media message (post or private message). Failure to respond within the designated timeframe, or declining the prize, will result in the selection of an alternate winner. If three (3) consecutive winners fail to accept the prize, said prize shall be forfeited and may be reissued in a subsequent giveaway at AFT’s discretion.
