Eligibility: The America’s 250th Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is only open to U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents who are currently physically located in or have an APO of FPO address, and legal residents of, one of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia (“D.C.”), Guam, and Puerto Rico (excluding all other U.S. territories and possessions). Entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age as of the date of entry into the Sweepstakes. Entrants must also have either a valid Social Security number and/or a valid U.S. Individual Taxpayer Identification Number. Entrants must also be eligible for the Military Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (“MWR”) Program benefits as outlined in DoD Instruction 1015.10 and the COMDTINST M1710.13D. If an entrant is unsure of his/her eligibility for MWR benefits, a list of eligible service branches and patrons is located at americanforcestravel.com. Employees of priceline.com LLC (“Sponsor”), Enteractive Solutions Group, Inc. (“Sweepstakes Administrator”), The Exchange (“Prize Provider”), Ticket Network (“Prize Provider”), American Forces Travel, Enterprise Holdings, Inc. (“Prize Provider”), Omni Hotels & Resorts (“Prize Provider”), the advertising or promotion agencies of these companies/entities, those involved in the production, development, implementation, or handling of the Sweepstakes, any agents acting for, or on behalf of the above entities, their respective parent companies, officers, directors, owners, principals, subsidiaries, franchisees, affiliates, licensees, service providers, retailers, distributors, employees, contractors, governors, related entities, partners, partnerships, agents, attorneys, insurers, representatives, shareholders, successors and assigns, or any other person or entity associated with the Sweepstakes (collectively “Sweepstakes Entities”) are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Immediate family members (i.e., a spouse, domestic partner, child, sibling, parent, or any of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or any person, whether related or not, living in the same household of an individual affiliated with a Sweepstakes Entity are also ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes.

Sweepstakes Period: For all purposes of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor’s computer is the official clock, and all times refer to Eastern Time (“ET”). The Sweepstakes period begins at 12:00:01 a.m. ET on June 15, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on July 30, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

How to Enter: To enter, prospective entrants must access the Sweepstakes website at https://www.americanforcestravel.com/wl/email/signup/sweepstakes/america250/ (“Website”) and submit the entry form by opting-in to American Forces Travel promotional marketing, providing their first name, last name, and email address (“Entry Information”). After completing and successfully submitting the Entry Information, said entrant will then receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (“Entry”). Entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on July 30, 2026. Limit one (1) Entry per person/per email address for the entire Sweepstakes Period. All required Entry Information must be completed in full, be accurate, and be valid. The Entry Information must match the information of the entrant that completed the act of physically entering the Sweepstakes. If entrants use a web-enabled mobile device to obtain an Entry, data rates may apply (entrants should contact their service provider for data rates/plans). Entrants should use care and not drive or operate machinery while entering the Sweepstakes. Entries in excess of the stated limits will be disqualified. Any attempted form of entry other than as described herein is void. Proof of submitting an Entry will not be deemed by the Sponsor as proof of receipt or entry into the Sweepstakes. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins, AI generative technology, or any other methods other than as described herein, including, but not limited to, commercial contest/sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering services, will void that entrant’s Entries and that entrant may be disqualified. The Website may not be accessible from all mobile phones, handheld devices, and/or tablets. If an entrant experiences any issues entering, he/she should access the Website from a desktop or laptop computer running the most recently updated operating system and web browser. By supplying an email address and entering this Sweepstakes, entrants are agreeing to receive future American Forces Travel marketing emails. Entrants may unsubscribe from receiving these emails at any time by following the directions at the bottom of each email.

Prizes/Odds of Winning: A total of three (3) prizes will be awarded in this Sweepstakes.

• One (1) Grand Prize: Grand prize consists of a road trip vacation to a historic U.S. destination for a winner and one (1) guest (actual destination selected by grand prize winner(s) subject to Sponsor’s approval) that includes a four (4) consecutive night luxury stay (single room/double occupancy) for the grand prize winner in an Omni property anywhere in the U.S., a five (5) day Alamo car rental gift certificate (applies to base rate {time & mileage} only, participating locations only, see rental age requirements below), and one (1) digital gift certificate from The Exchange valued at $250. To accept rental car portion of the grand prize, the grand prize winner must have a valid U.S. driver’s license, have at least one (1) major credit card in good standing and be twenty-one (21) years of age or older which is the minimum age to rent a vehicle from the Prize Provider. A 'Youthful Surcharge' may apply to the car rental, if the grand prize winner(s) is between the ages of twenty-one (21) and twenty-four (24) and such fee is the responsibility of said grand prize winner. Alamo car rental gift certificate does not apply to applicable taxes, fees, surcharges, refueling, drop-off, delivery, additional driver, pick up, or any optional product or service (such as optional damage waiver of $50 or less per day), which are the responsibility of said grand prize winner. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the grand prize: $2,500.00. The grand prize is awarded “as is” and is subject to availability, holiday and blackout dates and all other applicable prize and travel restrictions from a Prize Provider. The grand prize winner will also be responsible for all other incidentals/expenses greater than the grand prize value that are not specifically mentioned as being included as part of the grand prize, including but not limited to, gasoline, taxes, government fees, unspecified ground transportation, meals, tips, gratuities, incidentals, excursions, tours, laundry service, local and long distance telephone calls or other communications, mobile phone roaming fees, internet or wireless services, souvenirs, travel documents, service charges, travel insurance premiums, travel insurance, unspecified travel, and any other personal expenses. Grand prize winner is advised to familiarize themselves with and comply with the CDC travel guidelines located at https://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel. Furthermore, all travelers understand that any trip may present an inherent risk of exposure to current and emerging infectious disease(s) including but not limited to COVID-19 and its variants, and the Sponsor cannot guarantee exposure during the trip will not happen. If travel is not completed by July 30, 2027, the grand prize, or any portion thereof not used, will be forfeited, and if applicable, revert to the applicable Prize Provider and is subject to said Prize Provider’s Terms & Conditions. The ARV of the actual grand prize(s) may vary depending on if the grand prize winner(s) accepts the rental car element. Additional compensation will not be provided if the value of a grand prize is less than the stated ARV. Once determined, no change, extension, or substitution of the trip dates is permitted, except by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Once the details of the trip have been confirmed, any cancellation or change fees or restructuring of the details are the sole responsibility of the grand prize winner. If the grand prize winner chooses to take more than one (1) guest, the Sponsor is not responsible for arranging or booking such additional travel arrangements (i.e., room reservations). If the grand prize winner does not accept a prize component, no additional compensation will be awarded. The grand prize winner is solely responsible for providing/obtaining all necessary identification and travel documents (e.g., driver license, credit card required to check into the hotel, etc.).

• One (1) First Runner Up Prize: First runner up prize will consist of a two (2) consecutive night luxury stay (single room/double occupancy) for first runner up winner and one (1) guest in an Omni property anywhere in the U.S. and one (1) digital gift certificate from The Exchange valued at $250. The ARV of the first runner up prize: $1,150.00. The first runner up prize is awarded “as is” and is subject to availability, holiday and blackout dates and all other applicable prize and travel restrictions from a Prize Provider. First runner up prize winner will also be responsible for all other incidentals/expenses greater than the first runner up prize value that are not specifically mentioned as being included as part of the first runner up prize, including but not limited to, gasoline, taxes, government fees, unspecified ground transportation, meals, tips, gratuities, incidentals, excursions, tours, laundry service, local and long distance telephone calls or other communications, mobile phone roaming fees, internet or wireless services, souvenirs, travel documents, service charges, travel insurance premiums, travel insurance, unspecified travel, and any other personal expenses. First runner up prize is advised to familiarize themselves with and comply with the CDC travel guidelines located at https://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel. Furthermore, the first runner up prize winner understands that any hotel stay may present an inherent risk of exposure to current and emerging infectious disease(s) including but not limited to COVID-19 and its variants, and the Sponsor cannot guarantee exposure during the hotel stay will not happen. If the hotel stay is not completed by July 30, 2027, the first runner up prize, or any portion thereof not used, will be forfeited, and if applicable, revert to the applicable Prize Provider and is subject to said Prize Provider’s Terms & Conditions. Additional compensation will not be provided if the value of the first runner up prize is less than the stated ARV. Once determined, no change, extension, or substitution of the hotel stay dates is permitted, except by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Once the details of the hotel stay have been confirmed, any cancellation or change fees or restructuring of the details are the sole responsibility of the first runner up prize winner(s). If the first runner up prize winner chooses to take more than one (1) guest, the Sponsor is not responsible for arranging or booking such additional arrangements (i.e., room reservations). If the first runner up prize winner does not accept a prize component, no additional compensation will be awarded. The first runner up prize winner is solely responsible for providing/obtaining all necessary identification and travel documents (e.g., credit card required to check into a hotel).

• One (1) Second Runner Up Prize: Second runner up prize consists of a digital gift certificate from The Exchange valued at $500. The ARV of the second runner up prize: $500.00.

ARV of all prizes: US$4,150.00. Odds of winning a prize depend upon the total number of eligible Sweepstakes Entries received. Vouchers, gift certificates, gift cards, codes, and/or travel certificates, if applicable, cannot be exchanged/redeemed for cash or combined with any other offer and are subject to the stated terms and conditions, which include expiration dates. The prizes are non-transferable. All expenses associated with the receipt or use of a prize not specifically mentioned as being included (e.g., any requested upgrades/options) are excluded and are the sole responsibility of each winner. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of the use of a prize.

Drawing: The potential winner(s) will be randomly selected in a drawing held by the Sweepstakes Administrator on or around August 6, 2026 (“Drawing Date”) from among all eligible Entries received.

Notification of Winners: The potential winners will be notified via email by the Sponsor at the email address associated with his/her Entry within approximately two (2) business days of the Drawing Date. The potential winners will have two (2) days to respond to the email notification by emailing his/her requested responses to the eligibility questions. If a potential winner does not respond to the notification within two (2) days; is found to be ineligible; if he/she does not comply with these Official Rules; if his/her prize notification message is returned as undeliverable, said potential winner will be disqualified, and an alternate potential winner may be selected in the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

The potential grand prize winner and the first runner up prize winner will be required to electronically sign, and return an original unmodified Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where legal) a Publicity Release (collectively “Affidavit/Release”), an IRS W-9 Form (if applicable), a copy of their legible government-issued photo identification, and any other documentation that the Sponsor and/or the Sweepstakes Administrator requires within five (5) days after receipt by the potential grand prize/first runner up prize winner or such potential winners may be disqualified, and an alternate potential grand prize/first runner up prize winner may be selected. Documents received electronically have the same force and effect as the originals. By returning the completed Affidavit/Release, the winners attest to the provisions stated therein including the accuracy of the information contained therein and compliance with these Official Rules.

The grand prize winner’s and the first runner up prize winner’s guest, if any, will be required to electronically sign and return a Liability Release and (where legal) a Publicity Release (“Guest Release”), a copy of his/her legible government-issues identification, and any other documentation that the Sponsor and/or Sweepstakes Administrator requires within five (5) days after receipt by the potential grand prize winner. If guest(s) is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a Minor, his/her parent or legal guardian will be required to sign the Guest Release on his/her behalf. If the guest does not return these documents within the above-mentioned deadline; is found to be ineligible; if he/she does not comply with these Official Rules; said guest will not be able to accompany the grand prize winner and an alternate guest me be considered in the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Personal Information/Publicity Grant: Any personal information supplied by entrants to the Sponsor, or its affiliates will be subject to the Sponsor’s and American Forces Travel privacy policies listed below. Thus, except where prohibited by law: (1) entry into the Sweepstakes and/or a winner’s acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sweepstakes Entities to use such entrant’s or winner’s name, address (city and state), photo, likeness, biographical information, statement, and voice for advertising/publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media (including posting on the Website), in perpetuity, without further notice to or compensation in connection with said Sweepstakes or the prize awarded including receiving future email communications from the Sponsor, and American Forces Travel, and (2) the Sponsor has the right to modify, edit, adapt, electronically alter, use, assign, and/or dispose of such Entries however it sees fit and for any purpose without any notice or compensation to an entrant or any third parties. Subject to the permissions granted in this paragraph, any personal information supplied by the entrants to the Sponsor and American Forces Travel will be subject to the following privacy policies located at https://www.priceline.com/static-pages/privacy-policy.html, and https://www.americanforcestravel.com/hotels/help/privacy/. If at any time, an entrant no longer wishes to receive email communications from Sponsor or American Forces Travel, such entrant must go to the Privacy Policy (as listed above) and follow the procedures indicated to unsubscribe.

Entrants understand, agree, and consent that any personally identifiable information provided to the Sweepstakes Administrator may be retained and used for the purposes of this Sweepstakes (including but not limited to any applicable record keeping, tax forms, state registrations, and/or any prize fulfillment related obligations). The Sweepstakes Administrator does not and will not sell the personally identifiable information of any entrant or winner. Furthermore, the Sweepstakes Administrator will not share or disclose any personally identifiable information to any third-party company or business unrelated to the Sweepstakes.

General Conditions: This Sweepstakes is governed by these Official Rules and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree and acknowledge to be bound by these Official Rules, as well as the decisions of the Sponsor and the Sweepstakes Administrator which are final and binding in all respects; to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with the Official Rules; to indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from any and all liability resulting or arising from the Sweepstakes or the use of any submitted Entry; and to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against the Sweepstakes Entities. Once submitted, Entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual (and void all associated Entries) found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of the Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. Any person attempting to defraud or tamper with the Sweepstakes will be prosecuted and is not eligible for a prize. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned, the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes or any portion(s) thereof and to conduct the drawing and award the prizes from all salvageable eligible Entries received prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by the Sponsor, or award the prizes in a manner that is fair and equitable, as determined by Sponsor. Notice of such action by the Sponsor will be posted on the Website as well as any applicable social media platforms. In case of a dispute over the identity of an entrant who submitted a winning Entry, the authorized account holder of the email address affiliated with that Entry will be deemed the entrant. Said person must comply with these Official Rules, be the person who completed the act of entering, and, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, may be required to provide proof of ownership of the email account.

Disclaimers: The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible or liable for Entries that are entered by other than human means (such as by an automated computer program or any non-human mechanism, entity, or device), in excess of the stated limit, or for Entries that are illegible, late, tampered with, forged, incomplete, misdirected, deleted, damaged, lost, misplaced, stolen, destroyed, dropped, inaccessible, corrupted, jumbled, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. Any such Entries will be disqualified. By entering the Sweepstakes, the entrants agree and acknowledge that the Sweepstakes Entities shall have no responsibility or liability (including, but not limited to, liability for any property loss, damage, personal injury, or death) in connection with: participation in this Sweepstakes; human error; incorrect or inaccurate transcription of the Entry Information; acceptance/possession, use/misuse, and/or defects of the prize(s) (including any travel related thereto or a prize element) awarded herein; typographical errors in the Sweepstakes promotional material; any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer online system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, internet service provider utilized by the Sweepstakes; any interruption or inability to access the Sweepstakes, the Website (or Sponsor’s/Sweepstakes Administrator’s inability to access content on the Website) or any online service via the internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems; wireless network dead zones or obstructions; any damage to an entrant’s (or any third person’s) computer/mobile device and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of this Sweepstakes or from entering or downloading materials/software in connection with the Sweepstakes; any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects or any other errors or malfunctions; any fraudulent (including unauthorized) voucher/ticket/certificate/reservation uses made with lost, stolen, misplaced, or misappropriated vouchers/ticket/certificates/reservation, incomplete (including inaccurate) voucher/certificate/reservation database information and canceled voucher/ticket/certificate/reservation amounts or expired vouchers/ticket/certificates/reservations; and/or cancellations, delays and/or policies that may affect the winner’s and/or his/her Guest’s, if any, travel, or any change by the car rental company, lodging facilities, or other company or any other persons providing any components of the grand prize for the winner due to reasons beyond the Sponsor’s and/or the Sweepstakes Entities’ control even if caused by the negligence of one of the Sweepstakes Entities. The entrants hereby acknowledge that the said Sweepstakes Entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize(s), including express warranties provided exclusively by a Prize Provider that are sent along with the prize(s). The Sweepstakes Entities shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity that may be caused by or have contributed to (1) any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of a Prize Provider (if applicable) or any of its agents, servants, employees, or independent contractors, (2) any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any other person or entity not an employee of the Sponsor, or (3) any other cause, condition, or event whatsoever beyond the control of the Sponsor or its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies. The failure of Sponsor to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, demonstrations, riot, earthquake, terrorism, act of public enemies, strikes, epidemics, pandemics, actions of governmental authorities outside of the control of Sponsor (excepting compliance with applicable codes and regulations) or other force majeure event will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules.

GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION, ARBITRATION: Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to (i) the Sweepstakes, (ii) the awarding or redemption of the prize(s), and/or (iii) the determination of the scope or applicability of these Official Rules or their enforcement or interpretation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the U.S. state of Connecticut without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction’s laws. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement, its enforcement, arbitrability, or interpretation shall be submitted to final and binding arbitration, to be held in Fairfield County, Connecticut, U.S. before a single arbitrator. The arbitrator shall be selected by mutual agreement of the Sponsor and the entrant or entrants bringing forth the controversy or claim, which to the extent permissible must be brought individually and not as part of a class/group (collectively, the “Parties”) or, if the Parties cannot agree, then by striking from a list of arbitrators supplied by the American Arbitration Association or JAMS/Endispute. The arbitration shall be a confidential proceeding, closed to the general public. The arbitrator shall issue a written opinion stating the essential findings and conclusions upon which the arbitrator’s award is based. The Parties will share equally in payment of the arbitrator’s fees and arbitration expenses and any other costs unique to the arbitration hearing (recognizing that each side bears its own deposition, witness, expert and attorneys’ fees and other expenses to the same extent as if the matter were being heard in court). Each entrant agrees that his/her claim will be resolved individually, exclusively by arbitration, without resort to any form of class action. Each entrant further agrees that any claim/judgment/award in such arbitration shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in the Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and, under no circumstances, will any entrant be entitled to awards. Each entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. Should any term of this section be deemed by a tribunal of competent jurisdiction void, unenforceable or contrary to law, such term shall, but only to the extent necessary to bring this section within the requirements of law, be deemed to be severed from the other terms of these Official Rules, and the remainder of these Official Rules shall be given effect as if it had not included the severed term herein. THE PARTIES HEREBY WAIVE THEIR RIGHT TO JURY TRIAL WITH RESPECT TO ALL CLAIMS AND ISSUES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT WHETHER SOUNDING IN CONTRACT OR TORT AND INCLUDING ANY CLAIM FOR FRAUDULENT INDUCEMENT THEREOF.

All requests must be received by September 30, 2026. The Official Rules will be available on the Website during the entire Sweepstakes Period. The name of the winners may also be posted on the Website.
